New Yorkers will be the first in the nation with the option to buy camel cheese. (No, really.) And it provides a unique palette experience – described as having "pleasant barnyard undertones" – as well as an educational opportunity for all who venture into the camel cheese aisle.

What's the point of this post? More carbon for the atmosphere, etc., but it's ok because they get to make a profit? Isn't it rather similar to any other company who makes money at the expense of others/the environment? All for some taste that you can live without.

I am from Mauritania and my family has a lot of camels and cows, we prefer drinking camel milk rather than cows milk, it tastes salty for first time drinker but ones you used to drink it you will love it and have healthy weights, I encourage people with overweights to try it.

It's true what our moms said...we are what we eat. In fact, it's truer than they thought. What I eat doesn't just affect me anymore, it affects all of us.
Unfortunately, the story of food can sometimes be complicated. But envirovores help each other out...which is why this blog will be bringing you news, tips, and information about food and the environment every step of the way.
